Jewell Instruments is one of very few sensor manufacturers that offer force balanced, electrolytic and MEMS tilt sensors. For many years, we have been producing our high precision force balanced inclinometers completely in house. In December of 2012, we acquired Applied Geomechanics Inc. and its electrolytic tiltmeters for geophysical, geotechnical and industrial applications. MEMS sensors are our most recent additions to our reputable inclinometer products. Their ruggedness and reliability makes them a great low-cost solution for numerous applications.
Accelerometer
Jewell Instruments offers precision force balanced, quartz flexure and MEMS technology accelerometers. We manufacture our force balanced accelerometers completely in house and they are used worldwide within some of the most demanding markets such as aerospace, rail transportation, military and more. Our quartz flexure accelerometers are convenient, compact designs that also offer great precision and durability for high temperature applications. The MEMS accelerometers are the most recent addition to our reputable motion sensor products. Their ruggedness and reliability makes them a great low-cost solution for numerous applications.
